Tiffany Murray receives her award for the Tournaments Most Valuable Player and also the trophy on behalf of the ‘A’ Team. The awards were presented by Mr David Harries, Head of The British Trade Office. The team from back left to right:

Under 11 Eastern Province Netball Tournament

Thursday saw the Eastern Province Netball Tournament with DBGS taking two teams along. The ‘A’ Team retained their trophy from last year and are Champions once again. Captain Tiffany Murray also receiving ‘Most Valuable Player’ as voted by the umpires.

The ‘B’ Team finished third in the competition and are showing how much they are improving as each game goes on…high hopes for next year when many of them enter Year 6. More photos to follow of the award ceremony and winning team. I am so proud of you all!

Many thanks to BISAK for once again hosting the tournament and to all our parents for coming along to support the girls. A big THANK YOU to Mrs Louise Dickens Jones and Molly for the great photos too.
